Very large, clean room and convenient facilities. Breakfast is also exellent. All staff at reception, restaurant, security, house cleaning were very kind and helpful. I think, some porters at the hotel have the connection with taxi drivers who try to get too much money from the guest. After our confortable stay at the hotel, when we went from the hotel to the airport by a taxi prepared by a porter, we had to fight against the taxi driver, as he did not start the meter and did not offer any price. It was really bad experience for us at the end of the vacation. |

We were welcomed with a smile by friendly concierge. Room was very big and nice, more like an apartment with living room and kitchen. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and good food. Pool area was also quite nice and great to have for a splach after walking on Bangkok heat. We made use of the hotel tuk tuk twice to take us from hotel to skytrain which is 3 minutes away. First impression of the area when we arrived was not good as it is located in small street. The walk from skytrain to hotel, not too long (7-8 minutes) but with construction, street vendors, water, etc, it made it a bit more difficult but nothing important. |

Well located hotel although distance from main thoroughfares makes it very quiet. Excellent facilities for the price. Very helpful and friendly staff. A very good "boutique" type hotel ideally placed for tourists or business people. |
